Female 40 Taking Amytriptaline, Lithium, Effexor, Liptor Have Developed Sudden

Female 40 taking amytriptaline, lithium, Effexor, liptor have developed sudden profuse head to toe sweating after minimal exertion. Have low red blood cell count. Sweat is soaking through clothes from head to lower legs - i.e. feet are only part not sweating. Happens a few times a day usually after minimal exertion any ideas
