Female 47. I Was Sitting Untighting A Bolt. With Pressure.

Female 47. I was sitting untighting a bolt. With pressure. And I felt a pull than heard a pop inside on my left side of my stomach. I had a bypass two years ago and a mesh implant to hold up my uterious back in 2006. I have some discomfort in that area .should I be alarmed.
