Female 54 Yrs Old. I Was Bending Down And Came

Female 54 yrs old. I was bending down and came up quickly hit right side of my head on granite counter top. That was 4 day ago. At the time it hurt bad but did not think much of it on day 2 and 3. Today I woke up feeling dizzy, nauseous and bad head ache along with pain on the side of the head I hit and throat feels swollen. Is it normal to develop symptoms days later?
