Female, 73. BP spikes in the evening when retiring. Get tingling, from feet to throat. Feel bowel pressure (I go regularly) and BP spikes to 190/100 as pulse goes from 65 to 90. BP normally 110/65 P65. Had a cathater ablation a few years ago which stopped AFIB. Symptoms started once per month, then once per week and now every few days. I've had many visits to the hospital (Univ. of VA ER). Did catscans, MRI, EKG and blood work. They can't figure it out. Having all symptoms right now (10pm), with pain on left side of neck.
