Female, 86 Y/o, Dx With Alzheimer's, Wt: 93# (steady), Had

Female, 86 y/o, dx with Alzheimer's, wt: 93# (steady), had total hysterectomy 4 yrs ago, took nap and woke with sudden abdominal pain, she says severe and now moving to lower back. Pain increases with palpation, upper and middle abdomen. Any ideas? This is my mother.
