Female Birthdate Jan14/59. Have Been Having Bouts (usually In Evening

Female Birthdate Jan14/59. Have been having bouts (usually in evening of high blood pressure). I was given amlodipine 5 but found it gave me a rushed heartbeat and hesdache. I suggested a smaller dose but was then told to switch & try Ramipril 5. Again I asked if I might try 2.5 twice daily. I had almost continual nausea (most prevalent symptom),dry throat, headache & tired. Again, in evening h.rate went to 194, then 201. Scared I went to ER was given an ECG and told if I felt pills were giving nsusea stop them. The EcG said Sinus Bradycardia, otherwise Normal ECG. Im taking Ezetrol10mg for Tryglicerides, sometimes tske Omeprezole20 if gastritis symptoms and rarely 1mgLorazepam for anxiety. Im weaning off Methadone35mg (17yrs). I smoke about 12-15 cigs a day and do not drink alcohol. Im recently seeing a dietician and trying to exercise/WALK HOPING TO LOSE AT LEAST 20 LB OF THE 45 .Please guide me...I want to understand. Can it be done without meds or different ones? Could there be drug interactions (extreme nausea). Hope I wont need ablasion/pacemaker ?wrong word I think. Ive been treated successfully for HepC and followed by liverDr. Who says Im moderate 9 out of 12 on Fibroscan test. HELP. THANKS!
