Female age 65. I've been diagnosed with pmr for the last seven years, treated with prednisone 9mg daily and 20mg methotrexate 1/wk. Sed rate 31. Osteoporosis and steroid-induced diabetes (avg blood sugar 100).
Desire to get off prednisone, without resorting to biologics, casting about for alternative treatment plans and referral to specialty clinics. Thx
