Female Baby Born 3/19/2015; 8lbs 3oz; Had Jaundice For 8

Female baby born 3/19/2015; 8lbs 3oz; had jaundice for 8 days following birth. Baby is very sallow skinned in face and all over lacking the normal newborn "pink' skin color. Eating; urinating normally, BM about every 3rd day. baby is more fussy than her older siblings at this age. We have been to 1 Doctor well check at the hospital and 1 at 10 days old; and had 2 nurse checks since birth. Should I be concerned?
