Fever 100.1, Pain In Joints Feels Like A Flu (no

Fever 100.1, pain in joints feels like a flu (no flu symptoms tho) Pain in middle of back, urgency to urinate and weak flow with not much using out put. Discomfort in groin area. Had a kidney stone a few months ago and these symptoms are very similar. I have RA (diagnosed 10 years ago) just started a new biologic xeljanz about a month ago for the RA. I will go see family Dr tmrw to draw urine and blood work. Could this be renal failure symptoms?
