Few Months Back, I Noticed Discolouration Of Skin On Top

Few months back, I noticed discolouration of skin on top corner of eyelids (inner top corner towards nose) and now it has increased in to a large spot of discoloured skin on both eyelids. I got my chloestrol tested and it is 250. Kindly suggest medication/treatment and is it because of chloestrol?
