First I Had A Sinus Infection Last Wednesday Then 3

First I had a sinus infection last Wednesday then 3 days later I went back to urgent care because I still wasn't feeling well I was told now I had the flu, my concern is for the last4-5 days I've been having bad migraines and a still neck. Should I go to the hospital emergency , I don't know what to do? Could this be serious?
