First Came Nausea And Vomiting, Don't Feel 'sick'. Then Bowel

First came nausea and vomiting, don't feel 'sick'. Then bowel pain/spasm, reminiscent of my old dx of IBS. No appetite, none at all. When I eat, the next day I'm doubled over from abdominal cramping, nausea, and I vomit. No diarrhea, though the abdominal cramping feels like I should have diarrhea, but don't, just a lot of mucus. This has been going on since November 15, 2016. I've been living on ranitidine, Bentyl and odansetron. If not for the nausea and vomiting, I'd say I'm having a flare of IBS...but the nausea came first.... I haven't gone to my doctor yet because a complaint of nausea and vomiting is so broad. But I am at the end of my rope with this...

I'm prone to constipation my whole life, so I have taken docusate sodium regularly every day for 2 years now. I did, however, run out and have not been using it for about 2 months...close to when this nausea started..
