First Doc Put Me On Synthroid And Cytomel. Blood Work

First doc put me on Synthroid and Cytomel. Blood work determines what level of Cytomel to use 3 or 2 5mcg in addition to the 50mcg Synthroid. The second doc never got a response from my first doc and has kept status quo...the last blood work indicated too low and I was instructed to only take 2 Cytomel with Synthroid being not mentioned so not changed. I also have had a 20 pound gain in the last four months...your time and consideration is appreciated!
