First I Am Under Dr Care But Not Getting Answers

First i am under dr care but not getting answers so here r the symptoms also
Have had mri, mra and cardio doppler done at forst every doc said stroke now with the meds they have put me on i have to question that
symptoms
right side numbness face, arm and leg
slurred speach pressure in right side. Back of head neck and shoulder hurt like crazy all the time black floaters wasin just right eye but is now in both eyes weak very weak and tired all the ttime memory loss short and long term comes in episodes lasts about 4 weeks before I'm halfway normal again first episode happened nov 2014 last episode happened two weeks ago also have body tremors now never had them before nov 2014
