First my fingers were itching on both hands, the more I wash my hands the more it gets red and inflamed, swelling I applied triple antibiotics because skin open, doesn't help.in between my fingers yellowish crust that crack open my fingers are swelling and hurt who do I need to see dermatologist or allergy MDs.I have history of allergy to medicine not specified, I dispensed medicine to patients.at this time I am hurting my fingers are swelling what do you advice me.
