First Of All I Had A Two Level Instrumented Lumbar

First of all I had a two level instrumented lumbar fusion with titanium cages, rods, and six pedical screws, along with SI joint disfunction that would reguire fusing the bones. This is not an option due to the above.
This has been 20 years. I have edema in my feet, ankles & calves. This started, or seemed to have started about a year and a half ago when I got a rash, first on my right shin, and then spread to my other shin/calf and finally to several other areas of my body. My primary care Dr. Tried a ten day cycle of AMOX-CLAV
875 MG Tablets twice daily for ten days, which almost worked, but one of the many cats scratched me and the issue returned. My primary care Dr. Sent me to a Dermatologist and they put me on several creams, one being Clobetasol Propionate , USP, 0.05% which was for my legs, along with one for my face and another for my scalp. I used these as directed, and followed their written instructions to this point. At this point I still have the rash, that seems to move around my lower legs and calves. The Edema has continued and progressed in corelation to weigh gain, lack of vigorous activity or very much activity that is over and beyond general cooking, cleaning and hygeine of daily life, along with the times I am able to perform my stretching and light exercise. I do have high cholesterol but Lopid is the medication given and it does resolve the issue while on the medication. I also take Methadone, Morphine IR (Breakthrough), clonazepam (Muscle Spasms), Imatrex (Migrains), Testosterone. When primary care Doctor performes blood work to verify cholesterol numbers, Liver Function, etc....my suger numbers have been right on when tested in March, and the two times it was checked last year they we 113 and 116, and for 2013 they where 101 and 103.

What medical advice would you give me with the information provided?

Thanks, Kevin
