First Off I Should Say I Am A Worrier. I

First off I should say I am a worrier. I have two children with severe bleeding disorders so my anxiety level is very high. With that being said, exactly 8 days ago I received my birthday gift from my fiance, a chihuahua puppy. Anyways, long story short the next day after I got him I had to take him to the vet to treat him for tapeworms (they were small and white and looked like rice) ever since then I have been freaking out that maybe I could get them, we'll for the past 2-3 days I have been feeling a crawling sensation that comes and goes through the day and night in my anus. When I have a bowel movement I do not see any worms in my stool though and I also have a hemorrhoid. My question is, is this worms that I am dealing with?? I very much like to see my doctor but I am dreading waiting all the way to Monday if these ARE worms.
