First Off My Period Was Late. Normally Its On Time

First off my period was late. Normally its on time but short. This time when i started bleeding it was really dark in color and the over the time span it turned light red and i hdad really tiny black/dark red dots on the pad. It is now two days after the bleeding stopped and im have a pinkish brown discharge and i just threw up supper. My question is what could be going on with my body?
