Firstly My Skin Was Bit Tough So My Friend Advise

Firstly my skin was bit tough so my friend advise me for betnovate s and eukoroma to mix and apply on face I have been using it for a while I found a good result after using it continously I found pimple on my face n am suffering it from past 2 year I don't really knw wt to have no idea so I request u too suggest me one best cream or tablet or gel anything for fairness and cure acne...thank u
