Five Months Ago I Had A Complete Hysterectomy Due To

Five months ago I had a complete hysterectomy due to uterine cancer. I am having nearly all the symptoms of full menopause with night sweats, hair loss, thin nails, disturbed sleep. Since I can not take hormones, what may I do to help with these issues? How long will I have to deal with all of these? I am a diabetic . I closely watch my diet and am increasing my exercise to loose some weight. I take a multi vitamin and extra calcium, magnesium, and B vitamins. Appreciate any info. Thank you
