Fm Sunil I'm Man Of 56 Years. Had Prostatis Last

I'm man of 56 years.
Had Prostatis last month with enlarged prostate about 50 gm & PSA 4.9. PSA became normal after course of i.v. antibiotics.

Day before y'day had Tab Tadenafil ( Tab Tazzle) for errection & had lengthy sex due to delayed ejaculation.

Last night I passed blood & clot in urine & felt discomfort in penis & I'm having continuously mild pain on right side of lower abdomen. No fever.

Today's tests show :
Urine has CA-Oxalate.
Pus cells 100-110.
No RBC.
Bacteria -2.
PSA total 1.8
Free PSA - 0.26
% 13.5%.
Glucose - fasting 75. PP glucose 200.
Renal function test & CBC are normal.

Please advise.
