Following An AVM In 2008 (near Brain) My Wife Received

Following an AVM in 2008 (near brain) my wife received stereo tactic radio surgery to seal the AVM. Subsequently ongoing neuropathic pain has resulted in a range of solutions - both self management and medication based on Gabapentin & Endep and recently switching Gabapentin for Lyrica. Are there alternative medications that address the source of pain? Thanks.
