Following Breast Cancer Surgery My Oncologist Had Me Take Anastrosol,

Following breast cancer surgery my oncologist had me take anastrosol, but changed it to Exemestane because of arthritis problems. It really helps with stiffness and joint pain, but now I have problems with diarrhea. If I skip it for a day, I am fine until I take it the next day. Any suggestions.
