Following Hernia Surgery W/bowel Obstruction/adhesions, I Developed Nerve Damage &

Following hernia surgery w/bowel obstruction/adhesions, I developed nerve damage & am unable to detect full stomach, bowel & bladder. I've had a foley catheter since Jan. 2/17 which was placed by an ER nurse thru a fistula along my anus. I now have 2 staph infections and am unable to convince Drs. of nerve damage... Please advise
