For 2-3 Days Now I Have Had Minor Pain Between

For 2-3 days now I have had minor pain between my shoulder blades. Left arm pain like also under left breast to center. This morning I was walking in the house, suddenly at the top of my stomach under breast in the center....had a grabbing type kinda like a muscle being grabbed and twisting tightness there and in center chest and throat. It felt full , I have also experiencing some shortness of breath, slight nausa, cheek jumping all of a sudden. I did have about 4 weeks ago cold like symptoms but since then have felt great other than small lingrine cough...
