For 2/3 Months Now I Have Had Ovulation Pain/discomfort For

For 2/3 months now I have had ovulation pain/discomfort for the first time I am insatiably hungry and feel very weak even though I am eating the same amount maybe more and I am still loosing weight. Thyroid problems run in family and didn’t know if that could be my problem or a stomach ulcer of some sort. I am female, 15 years old
