For 2 Days Now My Vagina Almost Feels Like It's

For 2 days now my vagina almost feels like it's opening up and then closing. Especially while and after peeing but throughout the day as well. I have no pain while peeing or in general. It just feels very weird. It's not a feeling I've felt before. And from what I can see nothing looks abnormal. I am 20yo and some information I don't know if is relevant or not is the day before this started I did have sex, and I was very heavily intoxicated. So I don't remember if the sex was rough or abnormal. What can this be? I have never had a UTI, but from looking it up it sounds like they come with pain or urges to pee, witch I don't have.
