For 2 months I have awakened earlier than usual with a severe headache. My blood pressure is around 156/100 and I feel pressure at the top of my head and my neck area. No fever. Some joint pain and severe cramping in hands, shoulder, legs, feet, fingers. Dehydrated somewhat from Crohn's disease. But in 30 yrs. never had this head pain.
