For 2 Weeks I Have Been Having Rice Like Substance

For 2 weeks I have been having rice like substance in my stool. Yesterday I passed what looked like tapeworm segments. Today I passed a little black substance with what looked like jelly around it. My bowel movements have been going from constipated to diahrea and I have been passing alot of gas.
