For 2 Weeks Have Been Having Entire Body Numbness, Especially

For 2 weeks have been having entire body numbness, especially in torso and legs. Fatigue, no appetite, loose or soft stool. Tightness in rib cage, gate is off and almost fall over when walking. Head feels heavy and left ear keeps popping. Extreme odor when urinating and its cloudy. Had minor blood work done and all came back normal.
