For 2 Weeks Now I Have Had Itching On My

For 2 weeks now I have had itching on my lower legs an thighs an some on feet an when I itch I bleed alittle then it all of a sudden turns into a bruise? Like unexplained bruising. Never had these problems before read it could be dry skin but lotion doesn't help. Read it could be liver problems or fibro? Not sure please help!
