For 2 Years I Have Had Stomach Pain Nausea, Abnormal

For 2 years I have had stomach pain nausea, abnormal stool and loss of appetite . I have had many test done and they just think it's irritable bowl syndrome. I recently noticed and lump on my back the lower left side just below my ribs it's hurt to press on it and I sometime and shooting pain from that spot what could be wrong
