For 3 Months Now I've Had Anal Problems. It Started

For 3 months now I've had anal problems. It started off super itchy then I started getting mucus and sort of like a tingling feeling in my anus. Sores appear around my anus also but they go away with time. Everything else I still have, it's not as itchy as it was at first but I have the tingling and a little bit of mucus come out everyday. The tingling happens more often when I lay down though. Its not herpes or anything, I've had the same partner for awhile and he's clean. Please help I just wanna feel normal again this is so frustrating :(
