For 4 Months I Feel Movement In My Upper Right

For 4 months I feel movement in my upper right rib cage and bottom of stomach kicks and bubbles butterflies feeling I look like I am pregnant navel is sticking out and the line ion stomach is getting darker, certain foods makes nauseous, my nose can smell strong things after I eat it very happy kicking!!
