For Several Weeks Now, I Have Had This Vibration Feeling

For Several weeks now, I have had this vibration feeling in the back of my head and neck, it is very weird and constant everyday.....doesn't interfere with daily work activities yet, but it makes it hard to go to sleep at night...does not come and go, its all the time.
