For A Couple Of Months I Have Experienced A Pulsating

For a couple of months I have experienced a pulsating ringing in my ears. Also I have had the flu several times over the last few months in spite of getting a super shot. Today I had a cracked rear molar that was causing infection in my gum. The dentist noticed I had a swollen tonsil on the left as well as a swollen infected gum on the right. I have always had sinusitis, low thyroid and low blood sugar, but never nonstop ringing in my ears before. (I am female, 74 years old with normal blood pressure and take no meds except levothyroxin.)
