For A Couple Of Weeks Now I Have Been Having

For a couple of weeks now I have been having tightness above my heart and fatigue from just bed making or walking quickly to my car. I am 67 female previous heart attack 4 years ago but no symptoms like this. Almost feels like a burning up into esophagus but goes away after rest for about half an hour. Any ideas
