For A Couple Of Weeks Now I Have Had Lower

For a couple of weeks now I have had lower abdominal and pelvic pain that won't go away even after I take ibprophen and more,recently i have had lower back pain and I have similar symptoms that I get to when I may start my period...but my,period hasn't happened yet this month and I have a hard time standing up straight because it hurts so much
