For A Few Days Now I Have Bloody Boogers From

For a few days now I have bloody boogers from my left nostril and also from my mouth when I bring out the mucus. The only thing I have done differently was kissing my girlfriend deep, I don't know if it an infection from her. Please I need help. I'm beginning to be afraid. Michael from African
