For A Few Days Whenever I Would Urinate, The Urethra

For a few days whenever I would urinate, the urethra would feel irratated or feel like some urine was left in it. After a while this stopped. And now just recently my lower abdomen started hurting (arround the naval). I went to pass stool and the same area hurt and when I urinated a pain from my naval extended to the tip of my penis. The stool did not have any blood, and was normal, but the stench was foul. Any idea what my issue could be?
