For A Few Months I Have Experienced Pain In My

For a few months I have experienced pain in my left arm. There is a very soft lump that is just below the crease of my elbow on the inner side. It is slightly painful to the touch, but hurts quite a bit more whenever I lift anything. What could this be? I have made an appointment with an orthopaedic doctor to have it checked out.
