For A Few Months, I've Been Experiencing A Spinning Like

For a few months, I've been experiencing a spinning like sensation every once in a while. I can be just sitting or standing. A few days ago, I started getting this pain in the back of my head. It's a sharp/stabbing pain that comes and goes. Each time it happens, it usually lasts for  several seconds. It happens multiple times a day. Today my head is sore in the back. I've also had like "flying dot visions" sometimes. I know it's not a migraine because I had those several years ago. This is not the same.
