For A Few Months Now I Have Been Experiencing Quite

For a few months now I have been experiencing quite often movement in my abdomen. In several locations but mainly upper right by stomach. I have no pains. Is movement is visible with eye. Have regular periods. I listened to it with a stethoscope and it was not sounding like gas but like a shutter sound. Got any ideas?
