For A Few Months Now I Have Been Having Weird

For a few months now I have been having weird symptoms with my neck and headaches at the base of my skull. My neck pain is mid neck and up to my head with headaches sometimes. All my muscles feel very tight even down into my shoulders at the base of my neck. I have no radiating nerve pain or weakness in either arm/hand but I have been feeling a little dizzy the last two days and today felt like my eyes were blurry for a little bit today. Could this be disc problems?
