For A Few Weeks I Have A Had The Urgency

For a few weeks I have a had the urgency to pass urine a lot, in the morning especially my urine smells really concentrated for the first few times I pass urine,but then the smell goes.. But I'm also experiencing a strange feeling around the opening to my vagina that comes and goes
