For A Little While, I've Had Little Flat Blood Dot

For a little while, I've had little flat blood dot looking spots start showing up. They can be anywhere on my body, from calves to stomach to breast. Some have gotten bigger, some have stayed the size of a pin drop. The are flat and red. One has grown bigger, size of a small mole and is raised though. What is this and which type of Doctor would I see?
