For A Month I Have Had Decreased Appetite Nausea Dry

For a month I have had decreased appetite nausea dry heaving Occasionally vomiting I am 65 had my gallbladder removed in 1989,
Ovaries and uterus removed in 2000. I am on Opdivo for metastic breast cancer for a year but have never had side effects. I usually receive a Opdivo once every three weeks but I haven't had it for a month because I haven't been feeling well and I'm getting very fatigued. Ever time I take my armor thyroid 1gr I vomit the pill up or get the heaves.
Most of my meds I skip due to the heaves
Klor kon 40mg bid, magnesium 400mg (chronic diarrhea) for 11 yrs pseudo membrane colitis, ventolin inhaler, hydromorphone 4mg q 4 hrs pain
Zofran 4mg nausea
No pain or discomfort in abdominal
Relax 40 prn migraine
