For A Month Now I've Been Having Dirt, Tissue Like

For a month now I've been having dirt, tissue like specs when I wipe. I had a yeast infection before but that went away with monistat and then the dirt like specs came. I don't have health insurance so I resulted to using apple cider vinegar on my vagina. It made it better but it didn't take it away. Everything is fine there is no odor, no itching or burning, just this thick brown waxy discharge.
