For A Treatment Of High Dose Methotrexate To Treat CNS

For a treatment of high dose Methotrexate to treat CNS lymphoma (T-cells), would it be possible to do the infusion as an outpatient and then being admitted in the hospital (next door) for care until the levels go down? I'm trying to avoid long wait times for the pharmacy and hospital admissions. Thanks
