For A Very Long Time I Have Had Symptoms Beginning

For a very long time I have had symptoms beginning with abdominal bloating/swelling, accompanied by overwhelming fatigue. Eventually this is followed by explosive diarrhea and a relief of the fatigue. I have a Hx of bowel resection r/t malrotation of the bowel with a volvulus. I have multiple adhesions r/t 3 abdominal surgeries due to the above. Currently, almost 50 years later I am experiencing excessive abd swelling with the above symptoms. What would help this abd issue? Any specific studies I can look up?
